One of the early lessons I learned in design is that no matter how polished the Figma screens are, if they’re not communicated well to developers, the design is incomplete.

As designers, we advocate for user experience, but how often do we think about the UX of handing off our designs to the engineering team? Our output serves as the blueprint for developers to bring our designs to life through code.

At Dukaan, I made it a point to ensure smooth communication by using flow diagrams, feature notes, logic templates, and Loom videos to explain my designs thoroughly.
